International Diploma Yoga Teacher Training

The International Diploma of Yoga Teaching (460 hours) is a fully accredited yoga teacher training course. It is registered with Yoga Alliance (USA) and Yoga Australia. This course is respected and acknowledged Internationally with all leading Yoga Associations. The International Yoga Teachers Association is represented in 20 countries and trained over 3,000 teachers. It is one of the most highly respected Yoga Teacher Training Diplomas in the world.

Foundation of Yoga Teaching – Online or Face-to-face

The Foundation of Yoga Teaching Course (70 hours) is designed for students interested in pursuing a deeper understanding of yoga and in particular yoga philosophy. This online (or face-to-face) course is offered as an introductory course towards the full 460hr registered Yoga Teacher Training course held each year. This Certificate gives 70 accredited hours toward the complete International Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training course, within two (2) years.

Pranayama and Meditation

A Comprehensive Course in Pranayama and Meditation. Our Pranayama and Meditation course is the most comprehensive in its field available in Australia today. The course has been developed by David Burgess, a longstanding Lecturer of the IYTA Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training. David has been teaching and practicing yoga and meditation for over 40 years and is one of the most respected teachers in Australia. Our Pranayama and Meditation course will provide you with the underpinning knowledge and experience necessary to be able to effectively practice pranayama and meditation.

Yoga Studies Online

Perhaps this is your first time exploring Yoga Philosophy, or this could be a revision of previous learnings, either way, this course will provide knowledge in the major concepts of Classic Yoga Studies. If you are new to Yoga this course will be a useful place to begin your journey beyond the yoga asanas (yoga poses). It will also be suited to teachers who seek opportunities to reinforce previously learned yogic concepts. This course will delve into Yoga Physiology and explore the key features of the subtle body, the subtle energy systems, and major features of energy flow. There is also the opportunity to understand the philosophy, ethics, and lifestyle introduced through the classical texts, branches of Yoga, and the application of these principles in everyday life.
