International Diploma Yoga Teacher Training
The International Diploma of Yoga Teaching is a fully accredited 460-hour yoga teacher training course. It is registered with Yoga Alliance (USA), Yoga Australia and is respected and acknowledged Internationally with all leading Yoga Associations. The International Yoga Teachers Association is represented in 20 countries and trained over 3,000 teachers. It is one of the most highly respected Yoga Teacher Training Diplomas in the world.

Yoga Teacher Training – Foundation Yoga Studies – Online or Face-to-face
The Foundation Yoga Studies Course is designed for students interested in pursuing knowledge and a deeper understanding of yoga and and in particular yoga philosophy. This online (or face-to-face) course is offered as an introductory course towards the full course IYTA Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training held each calendar year in Sydney, Australia. This Certificate gives 70 accredited hours toward the complete International Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training course, if you go on to complete the Diploma within two (2) years.

Meditation and Pranayama
A Comprehensive Course in Meditation and Pranayama. This course has been designed to provide both the underpinning knowledge and the experience necessary for you to be able to effectively practice and/or teach pranayama and meditation, but more importantly for you to explore your inner potential.
