Come along and hear Marg Riley, Sharron Williams, and Katie Brown, talk about their professional & personal experience, when it comes to Yoga for mental health care!
Marg Riley, Sharron Williams, and Katie Brown will be joining Peta Jolley in a Panel to offer insight and tools for you and your classroom on September 24th.
This three-hour session will focus on what you can do to support your own mental health and some tools you can use within your classroom. It’s also a great chance for you to ask those burning questions to our panel about yoga for mental health, so start preparing them!
- This session will be live via Zoom from 2-5 pm (AEDT) on Saturday, September 24th.
- There will be time for Q&A with each panelist!
- All members & non-members are welcome.

This three-hour session will focus on how we can take refuge in the practice of Yoga to learn to support your mental health needs as well as tools to support those in your classroom.
The Panelists will talk about:
- The mind and Ayurveda – Tools for Self-Help & a guided meditation
- Finding an anchor in uncertain times – Trauma-informed Yoga
- Restorative yoga – A practice for our mental health
This is a panel of inspirational women worth tuning in to, so you can be more aware of how to manage your own mental health and be there to support others when you can.
