Taking the path of Yoga Teacher is the most incredible journey of self-discovery and for some it can be life changing. In February 2022 the journey begins for our next intake of students. Will this be your year?
For more than 50 years the IYTA has been training and supporting Yoga teachers here in Australia and all around the world.
We have one of the most experienced yoga faculties in the world. More than 18 experienced lecturers who are chosen based on their experience as Yoga teachers as well as proven expertise and experience in their respective yoga subject area.
IYTA lecturers are not just good yoga teachers. They are excellent lecturers who will guide you along your journey. With experience drawn from many disciplines of yoga and teaching on all aspects of yoga from asanas, to philosophy to anatomy, energy systems, meditation, and pranayama.
We are delighted to invite you along to our up-coming information day, hosted at Crows Nest Community Centre. You will meet Deb Collie the Diploma Course Manager and IYTA president Sharon Williams. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to learn more about our signature one year Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training (460 hr) course and our Foundation Yoga Studies (70 hr) course.
You are also encouraged to discuss and ask any questions you may have about the IYTA or any of our teacher training courses.
Information session at 10.30-12.30pm AEST at Crows Nest Community Centre Saturday 13th November 2021*
*we will follow NSW Health Guidelines and let you know if any changes are made to this session ie. if restrictions are in place, we will run online via Zoom. Please note this event is being held at Crows Nest Community Centre and their requirements for entry are as follows:
- Everyone must be double vaccinated, with certificate checked on entry – or if you have a medical exemption, you must produce a negative Covid test within 72 hours of entry to the Centre
- Masks must be worn indoors (if you are lecturing, you can remove your mask)
- Check in to the Centre is mandatory
- A 4 square metre rule will be enforced
