GENTLE YOGA & MANDALA ART MAKING WORKSHOP

Date: Sunday 24th January 2021, 3hr Workshop – 2:30pm – 5:30pm

A workshop created to relax the body/mind through restorative yoga and mandala art making. We use different mediums to create your own unique mandala. Join us on a blissful journey to destress and unwind.

You will experience:

~ Gentle yoga practice
~ Mandala ART making
~ Calming breathing techniques
~ Mindful guided meditation (Yoga Nidra)
~ Tea, coffee & nourishing refreshments
~ Small group setting, COVID safe space
~ All levels welcome

*** No previous experience required for yoga and meditation practice – all levels are welcome.
We have made sure to follow all COVID codes and practices.

Summer Yin Immersion

Date: 13th and 14th  February 2021, 1.00 pm-3.00 pm

Summer yin meditation and breath practice  for cooling and calming body and mind centring in the heart.

Focus: the heart meridians reducing stress, fatigue and burnout through balancing and harmonising practices reduce tensions and anxiety returning the greater calm of heart mind connection. A gentle journey into the heart and meditative aspects of yoga. The slow gentle nature of yin practice heals and restores at a deep level.
