IYTA Customer Service Policy

The International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) is committed to providing an efficient and professional service to its associations, members and the public. Please see the list below to select the appropriate department to address your concern.


You can apply for teacher training courses offered by IYTA online. Please allow up to 4 weeks of processing time to consider the application. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your application.

IYTA also offers workshops and other yoga events from across different states of Australia. For enquiries, please contact us.


For membership matters i.e. application, change of address, renewal of membership or re-joining process, please contact us.

Payment, Pricing and Promotions

All prices displayed or quoted thoughout this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

IYTA respects the privacy of its members and subscribers. We do not share our members’ and subscribers’ names with any other organisations. See the complete Privacy Policy.

When purchasing from IYTA, card details are transmitted through a secure server using eWay. Card data is not hosted by IYTA after processing. Our site is PCI compliant.

Refunds and Cancellations

Any request for a refund will be considered by the Committee of Management. Please allow 6 weeks to complete the process.
