Margaret Willcocks will take you through an interactive journey where we will look at how Pranayama and Mudra can support us during the various ages and stages of life. This two hour facilitated session will offer you the opportunity to experience the techniques and share your thoughts and experiences within the context of the workshop. So, come prepared for an informative, practical session in a warm and supported environment.
The workshop will be open to teachers and students and offers teachers 2 CPD points.
Refreshments will be served after the workshop with time for teachers/students to chat and network.
Presenter: Margaret Willcocks
Margret is a qualified Yoga teacher with more than 25 years of experience. She has a warm inclusive manner and holds a teaching diploma from the IYTA. She is a specialist Yoga teacher and wellness consultant. She is a teacher trainer and mentor and achieved government accreditation for her advanced diploma Yoga course.
Margaret has been an active member in WA of IYTA since 1994 and Yoga Australia since 2004.
