Lecturer: Andrea Freeman
Andrea has been a practicing yogi for over 30 years on 3 continents and holds an ITYA TTC qualification in Yoga (2001), a Lifestyle Counselling Diploma in Ayurveda (2017) and is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher (2019)
Her business Yoga Bliss Health is based in Kingsley in Perth. Andrea offers yoga classes for both beginners and on-going students, Chair yoga, Ayurvedic lifestyle consultations, body treatments (massage and Indian head massage), workshops, courses and retreats in Perth, Western Australia.
She is passionate about what she does and her mission statement offers a clear vision for each client. She aims to “help you to increase the flow of prana (vital life force energy) within yourself.”
