Patricia has been teaching yoga full-time since completing the IYTA course in 1991. She also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Counselling(ACAP 1993).

Qualifications followed in Nutrition, Anatomy & Physiology and Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga from Naturecare.

More recently she completed a 3 year post graduate Yoga Therapy course (YTA) in November 2013. This informs her teaching both in general classes and seeing clients on an individual basis.

Patricia takes care to make sure practices are suitable for each individual in the class.

She observes that with the sustained practice of Yoga, you can experience a greater sense of wellbeing, improvement in health and enrichment in all areas of your life.

Patricia is former President of the IYTA and is now active on the committee of the AAYT promoting Yoga Therapy and supporting the role of Yoga Therapists in Australia & NZ.
