Mary-Louise is qualified in Restorative, Dru Yoga and Pre/Post Natal. She is a counsellor and marriage celebrant.  Qualified with IYTA, Yoga Alliance (USA) and Dru Yoga, she teaches at Qi Yoga Freshwater/ Manly and also in Mollymook/Milton on the NSW South Coast.  She holds regular retreats locally (in Australia) and overseas in Greece and Nepal.  Contact her directly on 0418 865 402 Mary-Louise was past Vice President, and President, of the IYTA and instigated the first Post graduate teacher training with IYTA.   She is co-founder of an NGO in Nepal assisting homeless children with education and wellbeing.  Mary-Louise is a pilot and has circumnavigated Australia twice.  She had a successful career in senior Marketing roles with Apple, and Cisco and is an Executive Director on various non profit Boards.
