I am qualified in Restorative, Dru Yoga and Pre/Post Natal. I am a holistic counsellor and marriage celebrant. Post Graduate studies with IYTA, Yoga Alliance (USA) and Dru Yoga. My annual yoga retreats are renowned internationally, designed specifically for women and are held in interesting places around the world such as Nepal, Greece, Switzerland as well as the NSW South Coast, Southern Highlands and Lady Elliot Island.
I held the roles of IYTA VP and President and instigated the first Post graduate teacher training. Living and working in Nepal resulted in co-founding an NGO assisting homeless children. Unrelated, but interesting fact, I am a pilot and have circumnavigated Australia twice. Also had a very successful career in I.T. with Apple and Cisco and hold Executive Director roles on various non profit Boards.
