Namaste My name is Amy and I am qualified to teach general, kids, seniors and pre/postnatal classes. I have completed the following courses: IYTA Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training (350hrs) IYTA Diploma in Pre & Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training (150hrs) Zenergy Kids Yoga Teacher Training – Foundations, Advanced, Therapy Qi Yoga Restorative Yoga I focus on teaching the wholeness of Yoga and staying true to the authenticity of Hatha Yoga. Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana my goal is to have my students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. I aim to teach the individual, through self-awareness, how to gain harmony of body and mind, which you can carry with you into your everyday life. I incorporate correct alignment and connecting to the breath to help guide students to find their own practice with no competition or judgment of themselves. I live on the South Coast of NSW and teach yoga to the wonderful children at Berry Community Preschool.
