Are you a yoga teacher or yoga practitioner who wants a deeper practice, focused on energy?

Do you struggle with fatigue, irrational fear/anxiety, menstruation issues, or infertility? Or maybe inflammation or digestive issues? Or how about low libido? Do you have a desire to age well and keep your vitality and bounce?

Well this Winter Yin Yoga workshop with Sarah Manning online, maybe just what you’re looking for!

Winter is the most “yin” time of year. It is darker and there is a tendency to draw close to the fireside, with a good book and find a quieter, slower, more nurturing, inward time.  In Winter the whole world pauses and takes stock of the achievements of the last year and refocuses quietly on the priorities for the next. A time for reflection, and making plans.

This winter energy workshop is open to all yoga practitioners and teachers and it will include:

  1. 10 Yin postures, 5 breathing, and 5 visualisations within the winter theme
  2. Set intentions for the practice to go inward, to find calm and peace with ease
  3. Accommodate safely the 8 most frequent student pre-existing issues (necks, backs, knees, shoulders, hip replacement, pregnancy, hypermobility)
  4. Explain the 5 Element Theory in relation to sustaining and controlling
  5. Explain the Meridian paths of Kidney and Urinary Bladder

Learning outcomes:

  1. You will learn how to mindfully relieve stiffness, pain, and range of motion issues
  2. Explore and understand how to use tools to explore fear and adrenalin
  3. Understand the 5 Element Theory in relation to sustaining and controlling
  4. Understand the Meridian paths of Kidney and Urinary Bladder

Benefits of attending this workshop:

  1. Working through the neck, back, hips, and legs you can experience firsthand the relief of physical symptoms
  2. Improve Kidney energy, which governs our constitution and health, for best aging and improved quality of teeth, bones, head hair, shining eyes, and demeanor.
  3. Experience the powerful impact of yin yoga to move energy in the body – and feel how it affects the body and mind

This workshop will be recorded.
