2017 Conference Terms and Conditions
Discounts for Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance USA members
To be eligible for the YA discount, you must have an active YA membership. We will check your YA member number and reserve the right to refuse entry or
request the difference.
All cancellations/substitutions must be advised in writing:
Verbal changes cannot be accepted.
Substitutions
If after booking you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional
fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend.
Substitute delegates may be made at any time, but must be advised in writing in advance.
Places at 2017 IYTA Conference cannot be shared.
Cancellations
Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to the Conference Office. Verbal changes or cancellation cannot be accepted.
The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:
On or before 28 July 2017 (12 weeks out): Full refund less an administration fee of $55 incl GST
On or before 25 August 2017 (8 weeks out): 75% refund less an administration fee of $55 incl GST
On or before 22 September 2017 (4 weeks out): 50% refund less an administration fee of $55 incl GST
After 22 September 2017 (27 days out): No refund available
The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
No refund will be made after 22 September 2017 however an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated
accordingly.
Please note no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.
