“In 1967 a very special team of Yogis headed by Roma Blair (Swami Nirmalananda) set out to establish the first International Yoga Teaching Association based in Sydney and representing teachers throughout the world. Through IYTA many lineages of yoga and different styles of yoga were introduced. I am proud to represent such a respected, strong organisation that has stood the test of time and continues to be one of Australia’s leading Yoga Teacher Training organisations today. I look forward to welcoming all Yogis from across Australia and around the World to mark this wonderful celebration of 50 years of IYTA.”
